Say your workout.
It's logged.

The workout tracker you talk to. Say the exercise, the weight and the reps — no typing between sets, no spreadsheet. The log, the records and your rank take care of themselves.

Strongbro Home screen: weekly volume over the training curve and a 12-week consistency grid

How it works

  1. Tap the mic. Open Strongbro and tap the mic button at the bottom of the Home screen.
  2. Say your workout. Talk like you would to a training partner: “Bench press, 3 sets of 10 at 80, then squats, 5 by 5 at 100.” Any language, any gym slang.
  3. Review and done. Strongbro maps what you said to real exercises, sets and weights. Check the numbers, tap Done, and the session is logged.
🎙️

Say it once. It's logged.

Tap the mic and describe the session the way you'd tell a training partner. Exercise names in 30+ languages, gym slang, plate maths — every set lands in the log, and you review before it saves.

How voice logging works ›
Voice logging in progress: red mic core with halo rings and a tap-to-stop pill

Three taps when you'd rather not talk.

The keypad prefills last session's weight and reps. One arrow logs a set, pills show what's done, Done saves the day. Nothing scrolls, nothing reloads between sets.

Frequently asked questions

How does voice workout logging work?

You tap the mic and describe the session in your own words. Strongbro transcribes the audio, maps exercise names in over 30 languages to its catalog, converts spoken weights — including plate slang like “two plates” — and writes each set to your log. You review everything before it saves.

Is Strongbro free?

Strongbro has a free 3-day trial with everything unlocked. After that it is $14.99 a year, or $19.99 once for lifetime access. There are no ads and no locked-away data.

Does Strongbro work offline?

Manual logging, records, ranks and insights all work offline. Voice logging and the physique scan need a connection because the audio and photo are processed by an AI model.

What is the physique scan?

You take or pick one photo and Strongbro's AI scores your physique overall and per body part, with short notes on strong points and what to train. Scores are stored on your device so you can watch the trend.

Which languages can I log in?

The app interface ships in 31 languages, and voice logging understands workout descriptions in any major language — including gym slang in English, German, French, Spanish, Portuguese, Italian, Russian and Bulgarian.

Where is my workout data stored?

On your iPhone, with optional iCloud sync to your own Apple account. There is no Strongbro account and no server-side database of your training history.

Does it track personal records automatically?

Yes. Every set is checked against your history, and weight-at-reps plus estimated one-rep-max records update themselves. Records are grouped by month so you can see the best lift per exercise.
