Strongbro is made by 02apps studio, an independent app studio. No investors, no growth department, no outsourced support: a small team that builds trackers people actually keep using, and trains with this one.
Why this app exists
Every workout tracker asks you to become a data-entry clerk between sets. Strongbro started from the opposite idea: you already say your workout out loud in your head, so the app should just listen. Voice logging came first; the records, ranks and insights grew around it.
The three principles
- Your data is yours. Workouts live on your iPhone, synced to your own iCloud if you choose. There is no Strongbro account.
- Honest numbers. No fake ratings, no invented streaks, no motivational inflation. The physique scan tells you the truth politely.
- Calm software. One number per screen, no feed, no social layer, nothing begging for attention.
