The Strongbro Manifesto: Calm Tracking, Honest Numbers
Most fitness apps are slot machines wearing gym clothes. Strongbro is a logbook with good manners. Here is what that means, in terms you can hold us to.
Logging should cost seconds, not attention
If recording a set takes longer than resting between sets, the tool has failed. Voice logging exists so a whole session costs one sentence. The keypad exists so a set costs three taps. Anything slower gets rebuilt.
Your training history belongs to you
Workouts are stored on your device and, if you turn it on, in your own iCloud. We run no database of your lifts. Delete the app and your data answers to you, not to us. Export is built in.
AI should do work, not theatre
The AI in Strongbro does two jobs: it turns speech into structured sets, and it scores physique photos honestly. It does not generate pep talks, does not pretend silence was a workout, and does not keep your audio or photos after processing.
Scores you can trust are scores that can disappoint
The physique scan will give you a 58 when you're a 58. Ranks require real logged sessions. There are no purchasable shortcuts, because a number you can buy is a number that means nothing.
No feed, ever
Strongbro will never show you other people's bodies, streaks or opinions. The only comparison in the app is you versus last month.
If we ever break one of these, tell us — loudly.
